Roberto Gonzalez has always loved to bake. He is well known in the community for his delicious pies, cakes, irresistible cookies, and tasty treats. Whenever there is a celebration, Roberto’s baked goods were always an anticipated treat.

In 2010, Roberto’s wife, Migdalia, suggested to Roberto to inquire about classes in cake design. This would bring his baking talent into a whole new level. Migdalia was sure that this would finally bring Roberto’s dream to life, which was to open his own business. To everyone’s amazement, Roberto asked Migdalia to sign up for these classes as well, so that she can assist him. Well guess what, Migdalia loves cake designing and has become a very strong partner in this business. They are truly an awesome team.
